- 01 Access the MyGov Portal via windhammaine.us/127/Permits-Licenses or contact Code Enforcement at 207-894-5960 ext. 1.
- 02 Complete permit application online or download PDF.
- 03 Submit application with required documents (site plan, construction drawings, energy compliance).
- 04 Code Enforcement reviews application for MUBEC compliance.
- 05 Pay permit fee (set by Town Council; listed in Master Fee Schedule).
- 06 Permit issued; post at job site.
- 07 Schedule inspections as required.
- 08 Final inspection and close-out.
