Permit triggers and exempt work for Standish

- 03 Complete application with required documents (site plan, construction drawings, energy compliance documentation).
- 04 Submit to Code Enforcement at 175 Northeast Road.
- 05 Code Enforcement reviews for MUBEC and local ordinance compliance.
- 06 Pay permit fee per Town of Standish Fee Schedule; note that impact fees (per amended Chapter 181) may apply for new construction.
- 07 Permit issued; post at job site.
- 08 Schedule required inspections (call before backfilling foundations).
- 09 Final inspection and close-out.
