Permit triggers and exempt work for Naples
For all new buildings, structural alterations, plumbing installation/replacement/relocation, new or replacement septic systems, new or replacement signs, new swimming pools, and demolition.

Application process

- 02 Download appropriate application forms from townofnaples.org/forms.
- 03 Complete applications with plans showing construction details.
- 04 Submit to 15 Village Green Lane.
- 05 Staff reviews for code and zoning compliance.
- 06 Pay permit fee per fee schedule.
- 07 Permit issued; post at job site.
- 08 Schedule inspections at least 3 business days (72 working hours) in advance.
- 09 Final inspection and close-out.
