Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Contact CEO at (207) 829-3705 Option 1 or schedule a meeting via northyarmouth.org/code-enforcement-office/pages/schedule-meeting-code-enforcement-officer.
- 02 Download appropriate permit application from northyarmouth.org.
- 03 Complete application with required documents.
- 04 Submit application; pay fee by credit/debit card online (2.5% or $1 minimum convenience fee), by check in drop box at Town Office, or by mail to 10 Village Square Road.
- 05 CEO reviews application.
- 06 Permit issued.
- 07 Post permit at job site; schedule inspections.
- 08 Final inspection and close-out.
