Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Download applicable permit application from gorhammaine.gov or pick up at 75 South Street.
- 02 Complete application; include site plan and construction drawings as required.
- 03 Bring application to Code Enforcement Office for review.
- 04 Code Enforcement Officer may request additional information (engineer or surveyor certifications as needed).
- 05 Applicant or designee presents payment at Code Enforcement Office; permit released.
- 06 Post permit at job site.
- 07 Schedule required inspections (by appointment only).
- 08 Final inspection and project close-out.
