When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Cape Elizabeth
For construction, structural alteration, enlargement, or relocation of any building or structure. Multiple permit types may be required (Building, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Flood Hazard, etc.). Additional approvals may be required from Planning Board, Public Works, Board of Zoning Appeals, or Town Clerk.
