When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Harrison
Per Building Permit Requirements Ordinance (Article 1 Authority, most recently updated November 2020 / 2022). If building within 250 feet of a lake, river, or stream, a Shoreland Zoning Application is required.

- 06 Permit issued; post at job site.
- 07 Schedule inspections.
- 08 Final inspection and close-out.
