Permit triggers and exempt work for Nobleboro

- 02 Obtain applicable permit application from town website (Building Permit, Driveway Permit, Plumbing Permit, Plumbing/Septic, HHE-200, Shoreland Zoning Permit, Life Safety Application for short-term rentals, or Accessory Dwelling Unit application for long-term).
- 03 Complete and submit application with required supporting documents.
- 04 CEO reviews under Land Use Ordinance (amended March 15, 2025).
- 05 Pay permit fee per Building Permit Fees or Plumbing/Septic Permit Fees schedule (available on town website).
- 06 Permit issued; post at job site.
- 07 Inspections by appointment only.
