Permit triggers and exempt work for Ripton
All building and land development requires a permit under the Ripton Unified Development Bylaw.

Application process

- 02 Download the Application for Development Permit.
- 03 All types of permit applications use the Development Permit Application form; ZA advises on specific requirements.
- 04 Include applicable fee per the posted fee schedule (linked from ZA page via Google Docs).
- 05 Submit application to the ZA in person or as directed.
- 06 ZA acts within 30 days; permit deemed approved if no action by day 31.
- 07 Post permit for the 15-day appeal period before beginning work.
- 08 Upon project completion, apply for Certificate of Completion or Compliance.
