Permit triggers and exempt work for Leicester

- 03 A site visit by the ZA is required before permit approval; coordinate timing.
- 04 Submit application with fee to the Town Office or as directed by ZA.
- 05 The ZA acts within 30 days; permit deemed approved if no action by day 31.
- 06 Post permit for the 15-day appeal period before beginning work.
- 07 Upon project completion, apply for Certificate of Compliance or Occupancy.
