- 02 Download the applicable form: Zoning/Building Permit Application, Conditional Use application, Variance application, Subdivision application, Road Access form, Farm Structure application, or Certificate of Occupancy application.
- 03 Prepare required documents per application instructions.
- 04 For DRB matters, submit the complete application at least 25 days before the next DRB meeting (first Wednesday of each month).
- 05 The Zoning Administrator acts within 30 days on administrative applications; DRB proceedings follow statutory timelines.
- 06 Upon approval, post permit for the 15-day appeal period.
- 07 Zoning Compliance Certification: email to dorseycoale@gmail.com. Certificate of Occupancy: mail form with check to Cornwall Town Clerk.
