- 05 The ZA/DRB reviews the application for compliance with the 2019 Land Use Regulations.
- 06 Issued permits are publicly posted; 15-day waiting period applies before work begins.
- 07 Upon project completion, apply for Certificate of Zoning Compliance ($60 including $15 recording fee).
