Application process

- 02 Download the Zoning Permit Application and review the Permit Filing Instructions.
- 03 Prepare supporting documents per the filing instructions.
- 04 Submit application with fee to the Town Office in person during office hours.
- 05 The Zoning Administrator acts within 30 days; permit deemed approved if no action by day 31.
- 06 Upon approval, post permit visibly at the property for the 15-day appeal period before beginning work.
- 07 Upon project completion, contact the ZA for final inspection and Certificate of Compliance.
