    Prepare required supporting documents: owner signature, project/use description, sketch or site plan showing lot boundaries, proposed structure, setbacks, and dimensions.

    Calculate the applicable fee using the Construction and Development Fee Schedule.
  5. 05
    Submit application by email, mail, or drop box at 77 Main Street, 1st Floor.

    The Administrative Officer (Zoning Administrator) acts within 30 days of a complete application by approving, denying, or referring to the Design Advisory Committee and/or Development Review Board (DRB). If no action within 30 days, permit is deemed approved.
