Permit triggers and exempt work for Sugar Hill

Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Review Town of Sugar Hill Zoning Ordinance.
- 02 Download Building Permit Application and Instructions from sugarhillnh.org/downloadable-forms/building-and-driveway-permits/.
- 03 Complete application. All construction must comply with State Building Code and Town Zoning Ordinance.
- 04 Submit application and fee to Town Office at 1411 Route 117.
- 05 Permit reviewed and issued.
- 06 Post permit on site.
- 07 Call Town Office at (603) 823-8468 to schedule required town inspections (allow 48 hours advance notice).
- 08 Inspections required at appropriate points during construction and a final inspection.
