When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Littleton
A building/zoning permit is required before commencement of excavation, demolition, new construction, enlargement, movement of structures, or installation of mobile homes. Interior renovation of $1,000 or more is required only in the 100-year flood zone per the Flood Insurance Rate Maps.

- 07 Permit issued. No excavation or construction may begin before permit is in hand.
- 08 Schedule required inspections.
