  2. Contact Planning and Zoning Office at (603) 575-9176 or jray@townoflittleton.org for guidance.
  3. Download or pick up permit application from Town Office or Planning and Zoning pages.
  4. Complete application with required site plan and building plans.
  5. Submit application to Town Office.
  6. Planning and Zoning reviews for compliance.
  7. Permit issued. No excavation or construction may begin before permit is in hand.
  8. Schedule required inspections.

Typical processing time: Zoning Board meets the fourth Tuesday each month. ZBA hearing applications must be submitted at least 12 days prior to the meeting date.
