Permit triggers and exempt work for Hartland

- 04 Submit and pay applicable fees.
- 05 Await CEO review and permit issuance.
- 06 Post permit on job site.
- 07 Schedule and complete required inspections.
- 08 Obtain Certificate of Occupancy.
