- 02 Obtain permit application forms.
- 03 Complete and submit building permit application with site plan and project details.
- 04 Pay applicable fees. Planning board applications require a minimum processing fee of $100.00 or $0.25 per square foot.
- 05 Await CEO/Planning Board review and permit issuance.
- 06 Post permit on job site.
- 07 Schedule and complete required inspections.
- 08 Obtain Certificate of Occupancy.
