Permit triggers and exempt work for Pickerington

- 05 Pay permit fees
- 06 Permit is issued
- 07 Schedule building inspections by phone (614) 837-3974 or email inspectionrequest@pickerington.net
- 08 Schedule plumbing inspections through Franklin County Public Health at (614) 525-3160
- 09 Complete required inspections; city has three days to perform inspections under RCO Section 109.1
- 10 Obtain occupancy approval where applicable
