When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Gahanna
Sidewalk repairs, fencing, sheds, pools, decks, new construction, additions, alterations, and all trade work. A basic site plan is required for fencing, sheds, pools, and decks showing location, existing easements, scenic areas, and no-build zones.
