- 02 Download the Building/Use Permit application from https://limestonemaine.org/code-enforcement/permit/.
- 03 Complete the application specifying the project type.
- 04 Submit the application to the CEO at 93 Main Street.
- 05 CEO reviews and may: grant the permit, grant with conditions, deny with written reasoning, or forward to appropriate board or state department.
- 06 Fees must be paid before the permit is granted; no work may begin until the permit is issued.
- 07 Contact office to schedule required inspections.
- 08 Certificate of Occupancy as applicable.
