Permit triggers and exempt work for Springfield

- 02 Download applicable application forms from the Documents/Applications archive.
- 03 If project requires Planning Board or ZBA approval, obtain that approval before building permit.
- 04 Prepare required documents: site plan, construction drawings, applicable supporting materials.
- 05 Submit completed application; applicable fees as established by the Board of Selectmen must accompany the application.
- 06 Permit reviewed and issued upon approval.
- 07 Post permit on job site.
- 08 Schedule required inspections.
- 09 Final inspection.
