When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Langdon

Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Contact Building Inspector at (603) 757-9007 to discuss project and obtain required application forms (forms on website are for reference only; official copies from office).
- 02 Obtain Building Permit for Dwellings, Additions, Accessory Buildings, and Manufactured Buildings form from the Building Inspector's office.
- 03 If project involves foundation work, also obtain Foundation Permit form.
- 04 Prepare construction drawings, site plan, and other documents as required per project type.
- 05 Submit completed application(s) with fee to Building Inspector at 122 Route 12A.
- 06 Application reviewed; permit issued upon approval.
- 07 Post permit on job site.
- 08 Schedule required inspections.
- 09 Final inspection; Certificate of Occupancy issued upon completion (CO form available from office).
