When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for South Lebanon Township
Same LCPD residential permit triggers used in other LCPD UCC municipalities: new dwellings, additions, manufactured homes, roofed porches and patios, decks over 30 inches high, accessory structures over UCC thresholds, structural alterations, pools, hot tubs, solar, and other UCC-regulated work.

- Exempt Unroofed deck less than 30 inches above grade
