When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Millcreek Township
Same LCPD residential permit triggers used in Cleona and Jonestown: new dwellings, additions, manufactured homes, roofed porches and patios, decks over 30 inches high, accessory structures over UCC thresholds, structural alterations, pools, hot tubs, solar, and other UCC-regulated work.

- Pennsylvania HICPA registration applies for covered home improvement work over $5,000.

- 01 Apply to LCPD for zoning approval if zoning review is required.
- 02 Email the signed UCC application and PDF plans to lcpdreview@lebanoncountypa.gov, or deliver one paper set to the County office.
- 03 Pay the quoted fee after review; if the project is commercial, LCPD forwards the code package to CCIS.
