When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Newtown
Borough publishes forms for zoning permits, UCC construction permits, U and O, dumpster/pod, storm drainage/frontage, impervious surface/stormwater, road opening, shade tree, signs, alarms, and related work.
Note: No separate Newtown Borough exempt-work handout was located in the reviewed sources. If zoning, stormwater, frontage, or U and O forms exist for the work type, do not treat the work as exempt without Borough confirmation. PA UCC exemptions may still apply where the Borough has no separate local permit trigger.
