Note: No countywide unincorporated exemption list exists because this is not a normal municipal permitting jurisdiction. Follow the actual municipality's rules or PA UCC/state enforcement path if the municipality has opted out.

Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Determine the actual municipality where the property sits; do not assume Bucks County itself is the permit issuer.
- 02 Check whether that municipality administers the UCC or has opted out.
- 03 If the municipality administers locally, file with that municipality or its retained third-party agency.
- 04 If the municipality has opted out, use PA L and I for commercial UCC enforcement and the appropriate certified third-party agency for residential UCC work.
