- 03 Obtain applicable state approvals first: NH DES septic approval, NH energy code EC-1 number, driveway permit if accessing a public road.
- 04 Submit the Development Permit application to the Planning Board / Town Office with fee.
- 05 Planning Board meets on the first and second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM -- applications requiring board review must be filed in advance.
- 06 Larger commercial projects, multifamily projects, or change-of-use projects may require site plan review or other Planning Board action before permit issuance.
