Permit triggers and exempt work for Lincolnville

- 01 Contact Town Office to obtain a Land Use Application form (not available online; must be requested by mail or picked up in person).
- 02 Complete application indicating whether project falls within a recorded subdivision, Shoreland Zoning area, or Flood Hazard Zone.
- 03 For projects requiring Planning Board approval (subdivisions, commercial site plan reviews, shoreland zone construction), submit application nine days before the scheduled Planning Board meeting (second and last Wednesdays of each month).
- 04 Submit to CEO Frank Therio.
- 05 Pay applicable fee per the Land Use and Development Fee Schedule.
- 06 Permit issued; post at job site.
- 07 Schedule inspections with CEO.
