When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Waldo County
All structures and land use activities in unorganized/unincorporated territory require LUPC approval. As of January 29, 2025, new accessory structures meeting LUPC standards do not require a building permit but do require notification to the Commission and applicant self-verification.
