Permit triggers and exempt work for Stonington

- 03 Download or obtain applicable application forms.
- 04 Note: Development is not legally allowed until a Building Permit Application has been completed and approved by the issuing authority. The process takes a minimum of 30 days.
- 05 Submit completed application with required documentation (site plan, construction drawings, shoreland documentation if applicable).
- 06 Pay fee per Building Permit Fee Schedule.
- 07 Permit issued; post at job site.
- 08 Schedule required inspections.
- 09 Obtain final sign-off / certificate of occupancy.
