- 01 Contact the Town Office at 207-469-3186 or townclerk@orlandme.org to identify required permits and obtain forms.
- 02 The Code Enforcement Officer (CEO) is appointed by the Municipal Officers and administers/enforces the town's building and land use ordinances.
- 03 Submit completed application (building permit, shoreland zoning permit, subdivision permit as applicable) with site plan and construction documents.
- 04 CEO reviews application against local ordinances.
- 05 Pay fee and receive permit.
- 06 Post permit at job site; schedule inspections.
