Permit triggers and exempt work for Wilton
A building permit is required for all construction within the Town of Wilton.

Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Download or pick up a Building Permit Application from the Town Office.
- 02 Submit to the Code Enforcement Officer at the Town Office.
- 03 Separate permits required for: demo, driveway entrance, fill, hazard tree removal, home occupation, internal plumbing, RV trailer placement, signs, and use changes.
