    Accessory structures meeting LUPC size and setback standards: LUPC self-certification process (no full permit required; notification only). Effective January 29, 2025: property owners must notify the Commission and self-verify compliance for new accessory structures.

    New driveway onto a public or private road: separate Entrance/Driveway Permit required.

    Internal plumbing: contact Paul Ferguson-Packard.

    Septic/subsurface wastewater: processed through Maine DHHS-SWP; include HHE-200 form with application.
