When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Turlock

- 05 Attach required supporting documents, including plans, structural details, energy calculations, and permits from other departments when required.
- 06 Pay the required plan-check deposit with the application.
- 07 City performs plan review and sends any required corrections.
- 08 Permit is issued after corrections and review; inspections are not performed before permit issuance.
- 09 Schedule required inspections and complete inspections before final occupancy.
