When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Patterson
City code requires a permit before construction or alteration work is performed for code-regulated buildings and structures. Accessory structures over 120 square feet require a permit, and any accessory structure with electrical or plumbing requires a permit regardless of size.
