Application Process

  1. Contact the Zoning Administrator at (802) 785-2922 ext. 6 or zoning@thetfordvt.gov (Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) to determine what permits are required for your project.
  2. Download the permit application from the town's zoning page: https://www.thetfordvt.gov/departments/zoning
  3. Complete the application; include site plan/sketch as required.
  4. Determine applicable fees from the Fee Schedule available at the Town Office.
