When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Delhi Township

- 05 Bring one set of stamped plans with the routing slip to Delhi Township Fire Headquarters at 697 Neeb Road; pay the fire plan review fee.
- 06 Submit the building permit application through Hamilton County ezTrak with plans and all required outside-agency approvals.
- 07 Complete county plan review and respond to any corrections.
- 08 Pay county building permit fees; receive the permit.
- 09 Schedule all required inspections through Hamilton County ezTrak as work progresses.
- 10 Obtain Certificate of Occupancy from Hamilton County upon completion of all final inspections.
