Permit triggers and exempt work for Colerain Township

- 07 Complete county plan review; pay county fees; receive building permit.
- 08 Schedule all required inspections through Hamilton County ezTrak as construction progresses.
- 09 Obtain Certificate of Occupancy from Hamilton County upon completion of all final inspections.
