When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Mineral Springs
Mineral Springs ordinance materials show town permits for zoning permits, foundation permits, zoning compliance certificates, accessory structures, fences, upfits, signs, and special-use related approvals.
Note: Mineral Springs does not publish a simple exemption handout in reviewed public materials. Because applications are handled directly through the zoning administrator and many small site activities have named permit categories, confirm local exemption status before starting. County/state exemptions may still apply on the building-permit side for narrow like-for-like work.
