  4. CEO reviews and enforces state laws and local ordinances regarding shoreland zoning, land use, plumbing, subsurface wastewater disposal, and building standards.
  5. Pay applicable permit fee (fee schedule not publicly posted; contact CEO).
  6. Permit issued; post at job site.
  7. Schedule inspections as required.
