  2. Download Building Permit Application or Demolition Permit Application from dresdenme.org/forms/.
  3. Complete application with required supporting documents.
  4. Submit by mail to PO Box 30, by email to townadmin@dresdenme.org, or in person at 534 Gardiner Road.
  5. Pay applicable permit fee per the Fee Schedule (Appendix B to local ordinances, available at dresdenme.org/ordinances/).
  6. Permit issued; post at job site.
  7. Schedule required inspections with CEO.
