  2. Obtain building permit application from Town Clerk or town website.
  3. Complete and submit application with required documents; the Building Inspector/CEO has authority to issue permits and may access any lot or building under construction to enforce the Building Code Ordinance.
  4. Note: Permits will not be issued for any structure or work of less than 200 square feet, but the structure must still comply with all other ordinance provisions.
  5. Pay permit fee per fee schedule established by the Board of Selectmen (not fixed in ordinance text; contact CEO).
  6. Permit issued; post at job site.
  7. Schedule required inspections.
