When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Oroville
A building permit is required before constructing, enlarging, altering, repairing, moving, demolishing, or changing the occupancy of any building or structure.

- 02 Complete all sections of the application.
- 03 Submit completed application with required documents in person, by mail, or by email to BuildingDept@orovillewa.gov.
- 04 Pay required fees.
- 05 Building Official reviews application and plans.
- 06 Permit issued upon approval.
- 07 Schedule required inspections through the Building Department.
