When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Winhall

- 03 Print, complete, and sign the application form.
- 04 Prepare site plan and required supporting documents.
- 05 Mail completed application with payment to 115 Vermont Route 30, 2nd Floor, Bondville, VT 05340.
- 06 Await Zoning Administrator review. For appeals or variance requests, file with the Zoning Board of Adjustment or Town Clerk within 15 days of any ZA decision.
- 07 Vermont's 15-day appeal period applies upon approval.
- 08 For public/commercial buildings, file DFS state construction permit.
