When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Monroe
All new construction, additions, and alterations affecting structure, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing require a permit. Structures over 120 sq. ft. require a permit.

- 07 Obtain final inspection before occupying any new structure.
