- 04 Provide evidence of approved culinary water supply and approved waste disposal method (required by Garfield County standards prior to permit issuance).
- 05 Submit application and all supporting documents to the city office.
- 06 Pay applicable fees.
- 07 Permit is issued; schedule inspections through the Garfield County Building Inspector.
