- 01 Review city zoning, design criteria, and code information before starting the project.
- 02 Submit the construction permit application online or use the posted PDF application.
- 03 Include all required project details, contractor information, and plan sets. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- 04 Pay plan review and permit fees as applicable.
- 05 After permit issuance, request inspections. Inspection requests must be submitted by 3:30 p.m. for the next business day.
- 06 For existing permits on MyPermitNow, continue to use that portal for inspection requests.
- 07 Complete the required inspection sequence and obtain final approval and, where applicable, certificate of occupancy.
