When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Hale Center
Permits are required for roofing contractor registration, electrical permits, gas permits, water and sewer permits, swimming pools, building, electrical, plumbing, curb cuts, irrigation, HVAC, porches, concrete, fences, and related work.

Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Confirm the parcel is inside Hale Center city limits.
